  Super helpful in locating a key type for a set of basement panels that were locked without sending someone over to the house so I only had to pay for the cost of replacement keys that I could go pick up instead of a full service call to the house. They did it quickly and were really helpful on a tight turnaround. Highly recommend.

  I had a lock on a dispatch case that I asked them to make a key for. They said the lock was broken. When I returned home I took the lock to pieces and it was clear from the dirt inside the lock that no one had even looked at it. The lock was fine. It just needed a key. I called back to ask to speak to the person who looked at the lock. I was told that it was the Manager and that he was not available. When I asked when he would be available they told me they did not know and that there was nothing they could do for me and hung up on me when I was speaking to them. I was very polite. They made no attempt to help me or even be polite to me. About 8 years ago I had a wonderful experience with them when they made a key for a huge silver chest that was 100 years old and very complex but today they are clearly not competent locksmiths. Go elsewhere!
