  I had my keys stolen and needed to re-key my home. Harry's customer service was excellent. From the person on the phone to the person who came to my house. Every step of the way as beyond my expectations, including their very reasonable rates!

  Purchased a home and needed the existing locks re-keyed. Called around 8:30am this morning, was given a direct quote for pricing, locksmith was there by 12:30 and gone by 1:30. The locksmith, Jessie, worked with my schedule and gave some tips/tricks on upgrades for the doors/locks. Will be recommending to others!

  I just bought a RV trailer but the guy I bought it from couldn’t find the keys. It is parked in front of my house and is not locked so I called Harry’s lock and key. I explained that I needed to get a key made asap since it is open and anyone could get in it. I called them at 8:00 in the morning to see if they could come out to make keys. They had me take pics of the lock to see if they could do it. After 3 hrs of discussing this and giving me a quote I agreed to have them come out. He then told me he could do on Monday. I called on Friday. I again explained that I needed it done today. He said that his guy had filled his appointment slots. I said i called you at 8:00 this morning couldn’t you have penciled me in? He said he was sorry he couldn’t do it until Monday. I couldn’t believe it. After I had explained everything that morning. He just wasted my time and hung up. I would not use these guys to do anything.

  I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the situation. We always take our clients and customers emergencies very seriously and try to help those who need us the same day. However, if all our locksmiths are fully booked, then we will try and fit you in the next business day. A lot of other places will promise to come out same day, and then never show up. I apologize that we couldn’t get someone out to you on Friday, and it was never our intention to waste your time, but I hope you can understand why we would be upfront and honest about when we were available to do the service.
