What a wonderful experience. I was having problems with two different doors. One really concerned me because I was unable to lock it quickly from the inside when coming home after dark. The owner of Harrisburg Locksmith was able to come over the day that I called. He installed a new lever handle that will be much easier for me to open and then repaired an older lock mechanism on a door that I rarely used. He even took time to show me a few tricks for locking the door and had me practice. Before leaving he was able to make additional keys for me because his truck is a traveling workshop. Such friendly, knowledgeable service at an extremely reasonable price.

Thank you very much for the very kind review I appreciate that I'm sure your door will serve you well just remember what I said about that plate that you needed to paint if you just take those three screws out on the back side and pull the handle part off you can paint that section without getting it other paint on the rest of the door have a nice weekend and be safe

I am so happy with the work that Mr. Peters did for me today.  He repaired 6 old locks that were installed in this house in 1948.  They all work perfectly now.  I highly recommend this business because of Mr. Peters expertise and the reasonable rates.

This man is as honest as they come!  Let me explain:  I have a small electronic cabinet safe at home where the batteries died thus making the combination lock useless.  I also lost the keys to the safe due to moving several times.  This man explained to me in detail about how to access the safe without damaging it.  He did not want to come out and charge me a $60 service call if I could just do it myself.  This man DESERVES your business!!!

I called Harrisburg Locksmith Service the week of Christmas to do some work on a new property my husband and his business partner are renting for their business.

After discussing some things with John, I learned that they wanted to do something that wasn't possible because the exterior door was an emergency exit, which we didn't realize.  Although John had a full schedule, he made it out to the property and completed the work that same day.

The guys are very happy and were very impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly John got the work done.  But more importantly, it is quality work!
