  Service was quick and person was pleasant and knowledgeable….and I’m glad I was able to get into my apartment. Reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the crazy price.I am disappointed I did not asked for the price beforehand ….$506 seems excessive! I was expecting half of that to match comparable prices around Harlem. So the breakdown was $265 for drilling( what?!) $65 for visit ( fair) and $125 for a new lock (ugh). Well lesson learned to not forget my keys or leave a spare with my neighbors…. Or simply ask for price before service.
