  They have all the parts I needed to do my sink faucet repair, AND they answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to do it. PRICELESS! I would have spent hours and/or had to call a plumber. Instead I spent 30 minutes on it and got back to our up-north vacation!

  I love living in the thumb and I always give my business to the local store in lieu of big box stores, however, I'll never go back to Harbor Beach's True Value. I walked in with a mask and smile on my face and kindly asked for assistance in the paint department~all I needed was a can of paint. Geez...The nasty look and attitude just about made me turn around and walk out. I'm a nice person who says please and thanks, always! But his attitude just plain old STUNK!
