I picked up parts for a garage door opener, and they had everything I needed and were very helpful!

This company is great to work with!  I've purchased 11 doors from them and just ordered 2 more.  They're always very helpful and the doors they sell are great quality.

Called to get my Garage Doors installed. They told me that they would call me back in a few hours. Next day I had to call back since they did not get back to me right away as I was told. Only to find out since I did not buy the garage doors from them I was told sorry we dont do that. Very Disappointed.

Hello Mr. Tucker, first, I apologize if we could have handled this differently, and I certainly understand your disappointment.  As a business co-owner I would like to share with you that we really appreciate you reaching out to us for installing the doors that you purchased elsewhere, which we will do if our schedule allows. But, due to being very booked lately we've felt it our first responsibility to provide service and installation to the customers that have purchased the doors directly through us. Secondly, I would like to mention that I checked with the office staff and they did note that we called back the same day and left a message on the phone # that was provided.
