We had an excellent experience with Guardian Safe & Lock. Brandon came out to my mom's new house to rekey and make copies of the keys. He was professional, patient, and courteous. The prices were quite reasonable. We would highly recommend this company.

Technician did very good work. Communication was not satisfactory from the business. I would suggest asking the technician to give you an itemized cost prior to having the work done so you know the exact cost. This should solve any communication issues.

Brandon was great very helpful and knowledgeable.
Was in and out in no time , great job!

These guys are great. They took the time to make sure the keys made we accurate. Made house keys and truck keys plus the remote and all work fine. They guarantee their work and said if I have any problem with a key to bring it to them and they would correct the issue.

I called to get fixed a Rosslare system that they installed some years ago and they came the next day to fix it. To my surprise the guys who came didn't knew very much about the system or how it worked, not only that they had to go back to the store to pick up a piece that they didn't brought even though they knew they were going to work with a Rosslare system, so they came unprepared. The guys installed the new card reader but when they went into the computer to configure it they didn't knew what as going on and since they didn't knew anything they had to call Rosslare costumer support which had them on hold for an hour. At this point I went online and found instruction on how to configure it and I did it myself. To my surprise I was billed for the hours the technicians had to go back to the store to pick up the part and also for the hour that they were sitting at their van waiting for someone at Rosslare to pick up the phone, on top of that, when I called to fix the bill, I spoke with the owner who was very rude and laughing sarcastically at whatever I said to him.
Don't hire them, they will definitely overcharge you and you'll receive the worst costumer service from the owner.

Here’s what really happened.... we were contacted by Kevin about fixing an old Rosslare system that we installed probably 5 years ago for another tenant. I quickly informed the customer that we don’t work on those systems that often since it’s a non cloud system and we haven’t installed them for nearly 3-4 years.
Side note: obviously we know what we’re doing since the old tenant had us install it and service it for years and it was still working once this tenant took over. With the exception of the keypad that went out that he was calling us about. Which come to find out it wasn’t even bad, the cable that powered the main panel was damaged.
Anyway, I told him sure we can get out there tomorrow and diagnose the problem, and I just so happen to have an extra keypad on my shelf, even though we haven’t installed this system for years. He said great, and I told him what our service call was, and what we charge hourly and he booked the job. He wanted a exact quote, but I told him we don’t work on these systems that often anymore, since it’s older technology. But it shouldn’t take more than an hour or two, based off the problem he was having. Then I told him about the newer cloud based systems and said if you want a quote to update it I can provide that. He said no and agreed to the pricing. Then we get there and determine it’s not the keypad that’s the issue, it’s a messed up power supply and the cable had been damaged. So fortunately we had one in stock at the shop, even though we don’t work on these systems anymore. So they went and picked it up and was back with in 30min or so, 15min there and 15min back give or take. Then that issue is fixed, but the customer wanted us to change the keypad as well bc he liked the newer one we had that offered pin and prox, not just badge like the old reader. So we swapped that out, my tech did have to call tech support to change some setting, since it’s not a system my guys have worked on in recent memory. Meanwhile the customer finds something online and changes whats needed. So he didn’t fix the problem himself, just that one little change in the system that he wanted to make and we were not familiar with how to do that. So once we write the bill up for 3hrs of labor plus the part an service call, he complains to my technicians about being billed for 3 hours. He argued that we weren’t prepared with parts since we had to go grab this power supply from our shop, for a system that I told him is outdated and that we don’t work on much. Never mind the fact that we had what he needed even though we shouldn’t have had it , he thought that we shouldn’t have billed him the 30min to go get the part and come back. Which makes no sense, since we are spending my companies time, gas, and etc on fixing his problem.
So it basically boils down to the fact that he called me and tried telling me that I’m only paying for what I think the bill should be 2hrs labor, and I explained to him that’s not how it works and that I was transparent about the pricing and if you had a problem with it you should have not booked the appointment. So he’s mad bc we didn’t give it away, and that he was charged for the 30min it took to go get his part. That’s not how business is done. Even though we were able to replace 2 parts (usually special order) and have it installed that day within a few hours on parts that we don’t even use anymore, and haven’t used for nearly 3 years, he wasn’t happy and said we were “unprepared”, because he was billed for time it took to get his problem resolved. So instead of a thank you and a 5 star review, we get a complaint bc he didn’t like the price, even though it was fully given upfront. Hopefully you can see from our reviews that were just a small company that tries our best to be fair with people, but that’s not enough for some people. Thanks! - Uriah

I had several difficult to find keys that I needed copies of before the originals were lost-missplaced-etc. Randall walked straight to the wall of keys and effortlessly picked the correct blanks and went right to work. He offered to mark two of the blanks with a stamp as they looked very similar (no charge). He then quickly turned the keys, separated them onto different rings, and away I went! Every key works flawlessly (one better than the original lol). Quick and easy with great customer service. I highly recommend!

Customer support is outstanding. I worked with Lucas and he was very supportive and stayed focused until a solution was found to the problem with my safe.

I received next day service on a gun safe installation.  Andrew was on time, professional, and left the work area clean.  He was happy to answer all of my questions (I had quite a few!) and even took the time to put all the safe shelving back in exactly as I had it.  Great job!
