  do not call any service from this company! It will ruin all your time. at 10:30, I asked for door opening service. the agent told me that they would be there in 30 mins. after 30 mins, I recieved a call and told me they will be there in 1 hour. after 1 hour, they told me that they are on the way and let me wait. ps. 17 mins distance shown on the map.
