I like the updated glass area and the selection of odd hardware but they are not at all interested in showing friendliness,  appreciation for ,or help to  customers . Seem bored and at least when I went there, almost irritated to help you . Maybe they are tired , but people spending money these days in a brick and mortar store should enjoy the personal touch of kind friendliness by people who depend on their income from the customers . This is the third time I have had to go there to get what I needed , and always come out wishing I had not had to go ...

This is an easy fix on their part, as they have a great supply of hardware.... They could make it a desired place to go , rather than a dreaded place, by just some training / change in customer relations .

Came in with broken glass door, was told it would be ready in a week. Had the glass mounted and ready to go in 3 days! Super friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful and amazing experience! Thank you guys and gal!!
