  Graham was a pleasure to do business with. It was a snowy day, so it was a miracle that he was even available, but he managed to get us back into our house and fit one of our locks to our current key. Absolutely wonderful job and a very personable guy; He made a bad situation much more enjoyable. We enjoyed a nice chat during and after he was finished working. He’s definitely someone we’d recommend!

  Our experience with Graham was phenomenal. He was extremely responsive, efficient, and helpful. He had the opportunity to upsell us on some new equipment and instead chose to help us get our current equipment working for no fee. Highly recommended and we will be using him for all our needs in the future.

  I was locked outside my house and the weather was 20 degrees. I called Graham, he got to me within 20 mins. Within 5 mins of arriving, I was inside my house. He was very efficient, professional, and nice. His prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend!
