It was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a major purchase.
Sal was very helpful and did everything he could to help me get a reliable vehicle he had the right car for me. When I discovered a major issue with  the undercarriage Sal stepped in and took care of the problem. I love the car and I am grateful  Graff has Sal on their staff and I will recommend them to anyone.

Graff Chevrolet is amazing and has amazing people working there. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the whole process. All I did was go in for a battery change in my key fob and came out with a Car and a new key fob!!! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ I want to thank everyone at Graff for the amazing work they went above and beyond for me. You guys are AMAZING!!

I bought my Traverse from these guys, and with every visit to their store - I always experience excellent customer service. 👌🏼 Seth was my salesman, and he was very genuine during each step of the purchase process.
Currently my Traverse is in their body shop, (and my husband is in the doghouse) but even though I'm in this situation I'm so grateful that Graff Chevrolet is taking good care of me! Thanks again guys!

A long story short.  We purchased a car here, there were issues with financing...after we received the title.  Got that straightened out, even though the option to return the vehicle and get our trade-in back was off the table.  Because they sold the trade-in.

Straightened out the financing, and had issues with a radiator leak.  This is within two months of purchase.   They didn't have time to look at it, Pit Stop took two minutes to tell us the radiator was leaking and approximately where.

Took it back to Graff for testing.  Radiator leak and nearly $1000 to fix.  Apparently a good portion was to have it flushed because I put Stop Leak in, since they sold me a leaky vehicle.

When fixing the radiator they dinged and dented both sides of the vehicle.  When we took it in to show them the damage, they informed us they couldn't legally let the vehicle leave.

While fixing the radiator, they didn't put the bumper cover on properly and it was flopping around.  Yet we were able to drive it off the lot after "fixing it".  Had they not caused damage and we took it in would the cover have come off while driving?

Zach, the body shop manager and the store manager met with us and insisted they would do whatever it takes to make us happy.

As they were fixing the bumper cover issues and the dings and dents they caused, Zach said he would keep us updated.  He lied.  We had to initiate contact to find out what was going on, progress, and whether it was completed.

Incredibly useless dealership.  They sell compromised vehicles, claiming they do comprehensive checks, then rake you over the coals to fix that which they claim to have checked.

If you want subpar vehicles with a lot of headaches, this is the dealership for you.

I was early, no big deal. The price was reasonable. It took almost 1-2 hours to complete the oil change. When I finally was done, I was told that I was going to need some work done on my vehicle, so I asked for a quote, plus  I wanted to have something fixed on the back windshield. I gave the person my email, never heard a word.
I guess that my business isn't important. I was also looking to replace a vehicle, still didn't get anything back.
