I have an Ace closer to my house but I prefer this one because of the excellent  customer service. I had absolutely no idea where to find the parts I needed but Keller knew exactly where they were, and even helped me figure out how to fix my broken car bumper. Super friendly guy! 12 out of 10, definitely would shop there again :)

Gordon's Ace is awesome! I am by no means a handyman but on the rare occasion I feel brave enough to attempt fixing something at home, Ace is my go to. Convenient location and very helpful employees. Their knowledge has helped me select my needed part every time. Great place!

I am a black man I went to the store to return a item unused with the receipt and was not allowed to return the item my mother who is a white women went in the they return the item for her with no problem she then pointed out that they would not let her son return the item and then they tried to apologize but it was clearly race schism  and the color of my skin that I was not allowed to return an item I had a receipt for

I apologize for this situation. I promise you it has nothing to do with race. I would love to talk to you about this. It is important to understand all the details. You had already returned the item on your account. So the second time we got more details and it was purchased under you moms Ace account so it went through no problems.
If we had that info when you came in it would have been returned as well. We strive to treat all customers equally and this would have happened to anyone trying to return it again.
