From Delores in the shop to Chris who delivered a product to my home! Everyone is friendly, professional & trustworthy.   Had a quasi urgent situation in not being able to unlock the back doors (deck doors) of our house. Chris was readily available, extremely courteous, followed covid precautions and fixed our challenge in record time. Would highly recommend!
