It's a hardware store , granted they didn't have what I was looking for, but I already didn't think they would. Pole pads are definitely not a commodity

The way they charge for propane is illegal. They are gouging and over charging. They charge a flat rate instead of by weight. You're paying for propane you're not getting. State and federal regulators are aware and are coming. They will soon loose privilege to sell propane.

The very best customer service! They always have what I need in a pinch, they have saved me more times than I can count! Awesome people wonderful service all around amazing! Thanks so much for all the wonderful help! There is always someone there that knows all about what you are looking for and they help you from the moment you step in the door until you are checking out with everything you need!

Good supply and a good variety.  I needed a metric bolt no one in Aiken had, but they had it. Easy in and easy out. Fast service.

My husband & I went to this establishment today. We were invisible, no one greeted us. But we noticed, the people after us got a warm welcome. We felt out of place & the staff wasn’t friendly, or helpful at all. We waited like 30 mins. after we were told someone would help us load the products we needed, onto our truck. We were ignored once again, to the point we had to ask for a refund. Service was horrible, it made us feel like our money wasn’t good enough. I thought this was a Christian business, I felt we were ignored because of the color of our skin. I say this because the white people in the store, were the only ones who got good service. Very disappointed that discrimination is still going on around us.

Just for the record the so called love jones was never in my business. Her husband however did come in and ask for a metal color chart , my surveillance cameras showed her husband being waited on and greeted by 4 of my employees within 7 minutes. He also was told after purchasing discounted metal it would be a few minutes he was 3rd in line . We contacted them and her husband apologized for the inconsistency of this review. His wife was never in my business. My team treats everyone the same . Race plays no part in how we treat customers I can well assure of this . The reason for me reviewing my on business is because I have reached out to both customers and google to change this and cannot get a response. We appreciate everyone and your business!! My team DID NOT DESERVE THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW. PERIOD !!

Excellent inventory of goods for farm and ranch.  Mostly I have bought corral boards, gate hinges, fasteners, water line stuff.  But they carry quite a bit.  Nice store to have close by.

Always had what I need and the staff is friendly and helpful.  Support local small business!
