  Stephen is a true professional, in every way. Despite it being almost closing time for him, he made sure my issue got totally resolved. First working with me by phone, and then traveling 1/2 hour to help me out. His knowledge and skill in expertly fixing the problem were impressive - way above & beyond my expectations!   Fast and prompt service. Stephen was very pleasant. I appreciated his keeping me posted on his arrival as I have 2 dogs. I recommend considering him if you need locks changed at your house.
