I couldn’t get my safe to open because I had lost the key and the battery was dead , I called Godby safe and spoke to Andrew. Applying a 2020 smart lock to a 1980s dead bolt is a pain in the rear! Gentlemen here helped me with hard to find bolts and a flat spindle, very patient with me and very courteous! Looks like they have everything key or lock related.
