  If you need a key made don't expect to get your car back anytime soon. A week later and over $1000 in expenses. The dealership ended up doing the job they where hired to do and they kept the money the insurance company paid them. Save yourself a big headache and avoid their service.

  1st of all; the customer did not pay for the service -- her insurance did. In addition, we gave the insurance provider a full refund for the programming services, and any other service(s) that we did not provide. This customers vehicle had a security lockout which was dealer only access. We towed the vehicle for free, and offered to pay the programming fees of the dealer. The customers car was at our shop for only 2days (over the weekend), and was towed by us, to the dealership. However, the customer went and racked up other charges and assumed that we would pay them. The customer was a vulture trying to take advantage of a minor situation. You can't satisfy everyone, especially those who are trying to defraud the system. We pride ourselves on quality and professionalism -- to exceed every customers' expectations.

  My trucks transmission was having issues, so I brought it here. They quoted me a price to replace the transmission and i agreed. They said they needed a deposit to start the work, so I come in to give them the deposit. That is when I found out the cost was $400 higher then the original quote! They said the cost for them to buy the transmission was higher. I reluctantly agreed to do the job at the higher cost, because I needed it done. When I picked up the truck it still had issues. They said that they transmission cooling lines were leaking and it needed a tune up. I want home then lines were leaking really bad they were not before the work, but I fixed them and gave the truck a tune up. Still having transmission issues. Called them several times. Went up there several times and they are not fixing the issue. Do not use this place. They do not do what you pay for
