Matt is an absolute live saver! I broke the only key to my car in half and he was able to make a copy that worked perfectly first try! Of course I had to get some spares while I was there too.

Sticks to what he says and communicates well. Gets the job done even if he runs in to issues beyond his control. If need be, will call him again.

These guys were fantastic when it came to helping me troubleshoot and ultimately replace a euro style lock on one of our entry doors. Could've charged me a couple hundred bucks for a truck roll, but the expert assistance given was enough to help me remove the lock myself, saving me time and money! Showed up to Office with the handle lock engaged instead of deadbolt. New employee had left her deadbolt key at home and decided to just turn the handle lock which we don’t have a key for.  I know, stupid. Gibson’s rushed up from Franklin and were there and opened door right at our normal open time and re keyed locks to use the same key.  Great service.

This firm changed all of my house locks for me several years ago and did a terrific job.  Over the years several of my French door handles and locks no longer worked properly.  I thought I'd have to buy all new hardware!   Jeff was very obliging on my schedule, and did a very thorough job of both assessing the issues and correcting them.  Out of 6 French doors, he only had to order a part for one, saving me thousands of dollars.  I can't sing their praises high enough!

So far, they've rekeyed our house, duplicated car keys with the anti-lock chip, and installed a safe we bought from them.  Fair prices and professional work. I'd recommend them without hesitation. They are very popular, you might have to be flexible if you need something fast.

I would recommend Gibson Lock and Key.  I had excellent service.  They had my key in stock for my Ford Fusion.  They were able to cut and program it in less than 30 min.  They beat the dealer price by over $100 for the same OE key!  I'm impressed.  Who said you couldn't have it all, better, faster, and cheaper!  Thanks guys, I will return.
