Accidentally locked myself out on a Saturday morning. My call was answered immediately, I received a very fair quote for the area (almost double the cost at several other places we called), and within 30 minutes we got help on-site and our door was unlocked within 1 minute! First time I've used a locksmith and I definitely had a great experience. David was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Hoping I won't get locked out again, but would definitely call him again if I do!

Extremely satisfied with David locksmith service from start to finish. I requested a few quotes from a few locksmiths to replace my mailbox keys and lock. Not only did I get a fast and friendly response but he was also by far the most reasonable by more than 50% of the quotes I was receiving. It was extremely easy to set up a time for him to come--he said he could come within 25 minutes of us speaking but here's the clencher: My phone ringer was off when he got to my place, and I got into a cooking zone after coming home from work so I completely missed his calls/texts! He waited almost an hour for me to answer and I NEVER DID! He had to drive right back to South San Francisco. I felt so horrible and I called him back to apologize when I realized what happened and he was as gracious as anyone could be. To my amazement he still offered to help and to come back the next day! I know that I personally would have called it quits if someone stood me up like that. He arrived promptly the next evening and finished the job in 20 minutes for the same low price. I'm very grateful for people like David . I hope I never lose another key but if I do, he'll be the first one I call. Thanks so much David !!
