  Showed up when he said he would and gave me options for fixing my problem (at different price points) that allowed me to choose the best alternative to fit my needs. Was very communicative and friendly, even swept up after he was done. If I have another lock related issue, I know who to go to first this time! 10/10 - Would recommend.
