  It is a shady operation. They use a street address in Oakmont, where I work, that is actually a floral shop. The website has an error in a published review (referring to its vast network). Yes, the technician may be competent and he was professional but the first reviewer raised my attention and then digging into the website convinced me it was not an upfront business. Luckily I bluffed the technician away as the lock worked while we were testing it.

  I'm not sure if the number is accurate or not but do not call them. It is a scam. They claim to have an office next to my house that does not exist and they are incredibly shady on the phone and upcharge an insane amount of money.
