  Never had any issues or problems with their services or products. They are knowledgeable and polite and professional in their work ethics. On time. Good quality work with reasonable and fair prices. Cleaned up work area. Had their services for well over 25 to 30 years. Pleasure to do business with them.

  Prices are high (do your research!), owner doesn't answer questions, seems non-attentive, will not refund an *incorrect* product, and laughed when I tried to return it because "they don't have that much cash." Went here looking for a door closer. I showed the owner a photo of what I was looking for so he handed me what I expected to be an identical replacement. When I got it back to the office and opened it, I discovered it was black instead of silver. I went back to exchange it for the correct color but he didn't have one. Instead, he gave me a different model altogether which was previously-opened. Against my better judgment, I reluctantly took it to avoid the hassle of arguing with him. The owner of the store where it was to be installed rejected it because it wasn't the same model as his other ones. I tried returning it but was told "We don't keep that much cash here, and even if we did, that's been opened." Really... I'm in the security business and have spent thousands of dollars here on door hardware as well as recommended plenty of business to them, and this is how they treat me over $200. I found an adequate alternate item at Home Depot for $68.

  Cheapest i could find and pretty decent service quickly made a new key for my vehicle after i had lost the only copy
