  I was traveling through Amarillo and the chip in my vehicle key fob malfunctioned causing my vehicle not to start. A friend from the Amarillo area highly recommended Frog's. After arriving at their store and dealing with them, I totally understand why he recommended them. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, competitively price and quick to get me going again. I highly recommend Frog's Safe and Key!

  After sharing disappointment in an earlier review, I had a chance to visit directly with the owner again and he DID get my new key to safe made and drilled into the floor. There was a lack of communication that had been the issue and it’s Been Resolved and was fixed the same Day! I’m very pleased and I’m having them return for door locks in the next two weeks, as soon as their schedule allows! All in All, it’s been a Good Business Transaction!!

  Back in the fall I needed assistance getting into my truck. My Key fob didn't work, and my key wouldn't go into door lock. The owner and a service team came out to my work and got me into my truck within the hour. An hour later I met them up at their shop where they made me a new spare key, received 2 programmed key fobs, and got my lock on the door serviced (they found a piece of a wood that was crammed into the tumblers of the lock)! The husband and wife team is awesome! They were very personable and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. They also got me fixed up in very little time. When I was there, they were talking about opening up a showroom for safe sales. Because of the great service I received I want to use them for my safe needs. Highly recommend them.
