  I needed a replacement key for a safe I lost. I sent them a picture of the lock. They sent me 2 keys but they did work. After emailing them, they sent a replacement right out at no cost to me. They worked great! Good customer service! I’m very pleased!!

  Great service. A lovely guy turned up as fast as he could on a rainy Friday night. He got me in the house under 20 minutes. Had to replace the locks also because I lost my keys. He was brilliant. Would definitely use them again.

  Got locked out of my house on Sunday Morning.They came and got me into my place pretty quickly. We talked about replacing the lock. Came by on Monday and it's great. Great service, I'd hire their again anytime!
