  Awesome!It really just comes down to the following question: how do you want to be treated? My wife told me she wanted me to make more keys for the apartment but I wasn't sure where some of the others were so I decided to do a complete lock change. We live in a building with high security locks so I needed to find a qualified locksmith and explain the particulars of my lock. I started with the buildings recommended Vendor - City Lock. Thirty seconds into explaining my situation, the a-hole cuts me off and says, "do you have a specific questions for me?" Other than "do you have any idea how to run a business," I didn't, so I hung up the phone and did some research. That's when I found the Locksmith. Not only was their staff incredibly friendly on the phone, the took the time to listen to my needs and assure me they could handle the job. They scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, they were beyond professional, and their work was flawless.They also took the time to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. I've made the recommendation to the board of my building that we only use going forward. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it was an option! Thank you Locksmiths!

  Exceeded my expectations! When my house keys were stolen in a robbery, I needed someone to rekey my locks quickly. His prices were very reasonable compared to the 3 other locksmiths I called. He showed up 15 minutes early to a 7am appointment and made sure I was able to leave my house on time for work. Highly recommended!

  Highly recommended!I've had David out to my house twice for work, and both times I was impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. The first time he came out, I had him change out all the locks in my house after my divorce. He did quick, efficient, and quality work, and I was amazed by how affordable his rates were. He was able to re-key the locks without completely changing the lock, which I didn't even know was possible, and saved me a lot of money. He came out again today because my front door lock was seized, and I couldn't get it to unlock any more. I called him while he was in his way to work and he stopped by on the way and fixed the door in less than 5 minutes. I've honestly never had a contractor come out so fast and fix an issue with such alacrity. I really can't say enough kind things about Edan. He is professional, knowledgeable, and unfailingly considerate.
