We've worked with Fortress for several years now and they always deliver fast and reliable service. Friendly & knowledgeable staff!

Had an issue with my safe not unlocking properly but fortress could not give me a date that they could arrive for service so I had to look elsewhere 😕.

Didn't visit store but talked to an associate on the phone. He was extremely helpful.

We lost the keys to our bike rack, and within a few minutes of bringing the bike rack to the shop, they had already made four replacements. Great small business.

I called Fortress Safe and Lock on July 7, 2020 to schedule someone to come to my home to install on deadbolt lock and rekey four (4) locks so that everything was keyed the same.  I was asked if I could wait until the middle of the following week and someone would call before coming out. I agreed and when no one called by July 15, I called the office. I was told that someone would be out the following day and would call before coming. The next day, I received a call at 3:00 pm and said they would come out at 5:00 pm, then a second call saying they could not make it until 6:00 pm. Since it was late, I asked if they could come the following day. They said they would call me "first thing in the morning" and give me an arrival time.  By 1:00 on the following day I had not heard from anyone at Fortress Safe and Lock so I called the office and told them to cancel the job. I told them I would find someone more dependable. There was not apology or any regret for our inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Called yesterday and they told me someone was going to come today. They never gave me an estimated time of arrival but since I work from home , I didn’t think it was a big deal. Around
3pm, I called to ask when they were going to show up, this guy tells me that someone already showed up but the person didn’t have my phone # to call me and no one was home.That was a lie. Then he tells me the person who was going to come to my house was working at another site but was going to show up afterwards. The time is now 6:30pm, still no one on site so I called again . A lady this time,  told me that it was after hours and she was going to try to get a hold of the “office”, she asked for my number .... again.  Around 7pm I decided to go grab some dinner, and as I’m pulling out the garage, someone calls me and says “WHO IS THIS!!?” Then proceeds to tell me that he had someone to come to my house tomorrow! And that someone already went to my house and CALLED me but no one was home. Another lie. He also told me he showed no reservation for today. Also a lie. I told him I’ll just get another company and so should YOU!

Excellent service. Perfect key cut and lock repair. Ignore Ronnie J in the reviews below. He whines about covid mask but doesn't wear one himself.

Fine service, cut keys pretty quickly. However, 3 out of 4 employees without masks. I guess they are great to get a key cut AND catch COVID!

Horrible customer service, told me they can make a key for my bike, 4 days later I go get the key it get it home it doesnt work, got the run around for another 4 days, manager or owner never called back to resolve the issue, went back up there, manager never there, called a few more times was left on hold until I hung up. Just a waste of time and money. You can literally go ANYWHERE else and get better results. If I could give them a negative star I would

Had a couple transponder keys cut here that I purchased on eBay. $4 each for the cut. Fit the locks perfectly and I programmed the keys to the vehicle myself. Thanks again for the help! 🙏🏻
