Great service and great product. We never had issues with our keys copies at all. Our last visit my little son was so lucky, they spent some time to talk with him, and he learned from them a lot. He even get( A fake key set)  Including car keys to pretend that he is adult 😜 and my son LOVED it.

Li called because I lost my only key in a fire and I told them I did not have a chip on my key and the lady told me that they it was a chip key and that I would have to bringy car in and they would charge me 250 to make another key  mind u I will have to have it towed there....I've asked around and ppl told me that I could have a standard key made for around maybe 50 Bucks and all I would have to do is give my vin # I dot have the money to do all that and she wasn't even trying to hear me out I am not happy with that and maybe she right but they way she spoke to me was not professional at all .... So if you ever get on to this kind of  tragedy tragedy and you not only lose everything in ur home but now the only thing u have left and u still can't have it it's a sad world so now I have to save up until I can get my car there and a new non chip key made thanks for not listening to your customers

I recently locked myself out of my home. The company showed up and got me on a very cold day. They are excellent.

Fortier's was able to copy the key to my 2009 car with ease. I was given key options to choose from. The big box stores wouldn't even help me. The employee even asked to walk out to my car to make sure it was a perfect fit before proceeding to make extra copies. Quality and speedy service!

I have an old homemade wall-mount gun cabinet my father made back in the 60s. It was moved from the house in Huntington WV when Mom and Dad move out of the house in the early 90s. It was locked and the key got lost. I've had the cabinet in storage for several years and decided to get it out recently. Being it's not conducive to today's standards, I'm repurposing it into a bourbon cabinet.  I called Fortier's as it was in the back of my truck. I was told to bring it by rather than having to wait for an appointment. When I got there, the staff was awesome; friendly, fun, inviting.  I left the cabinet for a couple hours and, voila! Back in business! This cabinet hasn't been opened in 30 years and now it's going to be in use again.  Dad is 87 now and has many medical issues. The plan is to get him back to Maine and reminisce about the old house over a glass of bourbon!  Thank you, Fortier's!!!

Excellent customer service! The woman who waited on me was so nice! This business cares about its customers and you can tell! I just needed a couple of car keys made, and after this visit I will absolutely return here for their services when I need them! 10/10!

Absolutely the most complete collection of key blanks to be found locally.  Very pleasant and competent staff.  They were even able to make a key for a mobility scooter made in China out of another blank that wasn't originally made to fit it.  They are set up for sales and service for multitude of lacks and safes.
