  Called at 7:00 AM on a Friday morning after my wife accidentally locked the keys to our rental car in the trunk the night before. They were onsite within 30 minutes, and had me on the road quickly. Being from out of state I thought I was going to get fleeced, but the charge was only a flat $79. I expected double that! Overall very happy with the service and value.

  Locked my keys in my car at work. Called them up and 45 minutes later I was back in my car and I was only out 89 bucks. As painless as locking yourself out can possibly be. Would absolutely recommend if you're in the area and you find yourself in a pinch.

  I am very disappointed in the service here and will not come back. I called knowing exactly what I needed done, having it previously diagnosed elsewhere, but the man on the phone, Russell, must not have believed me because I am a young woman. When I said "my key is fully stripped out and I need a new cylinder and original key" he assumed I just needed them to try and copy the key. I was unaware of this misunderstanding until the tech came in to talk to me after nearly two hours of working on it to tell me the key was all the way stripped out and I needed a new cylinder...DUH!  Robin the tech was very nice, but never called me to give an update when he said he would and left me stranded and cost me more $$ in ride shares. The whole thing ended up taking way longer and being way more expensive than I had been originally quoted. Then Russel yelled at me, gaslighted me that I didn't actually know what I was asking for (I was very clear on what I needed, this has been a long time coming, but keys aren't usually as stripped as mine was so he just assumed I didn't know what I was talking about), and he threatened to undo the work and leave me stranded even longer. I am being very generous with the two stars only because we did finally come to a bit of a compromise once he stopped yelling. I do not recommend this place. It was an upsetting ordeal.
