  Employee was nice enough the first day, said he wanted to come back another day to finish up installing as the door was offset and it would be just putting a band aid on it and wanted to do it right, I agreed. However I took the day off work the day he was supposed to come and I had to text late in the day to find out they were shorthanded, which I understand, yet it would have been courteous to have gotten a call as soon as they knew that they couldn't get to me. I ended up having to leave my key which I am uncomfortable with people in my house without me there, but I had no other choice as I had already lost out on a days work. Got the text it was done and paid a whole extra labor fee, for the door to close EXACTLY as it did with just the replacement knob!!
