  I want to thank Brain so much! He came out on a rainy Sunday morning to help me get my keys out of my car. It was his day off but he was here within a half hour. Best birthday present ever!

  Couldn't even unlock my car, which was only a 2006 and gave up after a half hour. Then said the only way to get in was to charge me extra to make another key. Ridiculous, why would I pay more when he couldn't even get the first job done right.
