  I have had a very pleasant experience both in the store and when I had a technician come out to change the locks on our house. I felt very comfortable, and the work was done properly, quickly, and I had same day service scheduled when I called. The technician checked all the keys to ensure they were working before he gave them to me, gave me different colors for the gates and doors, and explained the bill. It was a great price, great service, and great overall experience from beginning to end.

  Great experience with these guys. Reasonable price to unlock my door when I locked my key inside my place on a Thursday night - $80. I called a few other places and they quoted me $85 or $95. I had a show to go to, so asked if they could meet me back at my place at 11:30. They texted me at 11:15 for my address and were there right at 11:30. And had the door unlocked within a minute. Quick, easy and professional.
