  I emailed Albert as I've used him previously when I needed to change my door locks.He got back to me really quickly and by Monday morning Albert was at my door. Such a great guy! Really knowledgeable and helped me with loads of questions I had as I was changing all my door furniture too. He changed my locks really efficiently for better security without any issue. A pleasure to chat to and he did a brilliant job.

  My house was broken into and I needed the lock replaced ASAP. They were great at getting right back to me with scheduling a service call. Technician was very nice and helped fix other issues with my door. Showed up very quickly and advised me of the best option for changing my particular lock. Very helpful!
