  The rudest, most unhelpful service I have ever received. I was locked out of my apartment and this locksmith berated me, belittled me for not knowing about locks, and spoke down to me as a young woman. No man should be able to speak to a woman like that. Tried to haggle me and negotiate the price down after I refused his service and would not stop so I had to ask him to leave. Told me I needed to learn how to behave and stormed off. An absolutely despicable man and experience.

  They took my credit card info and next day I got 200 dollars unauthorized charge on my card. The locksmith didn’t come to unlock the door and it took them 5 hours to get back to me. They are totally scammers. Do not trust this place!

  I called Michael to install our new garage door. His provided a very prompt service. He was quick to bring the new door and also installed it with professionalism without any error. Very happy with his efficient service. Highly recommended.
