Definitely a great company to work with. They are honest and trustworthy and really make you feel comfortable with having a complete stranger in your house. They were respectful throughout everything even when I wasn’t so pleasant. I recommend to go with them because they do honest, quick, and great priced service.

I had been having problems with my garage door lately and i was calling around to see which company could help me. Expo locksmith seemed the most reliable. They were really helpful they fixed my garage door, it was working as good as new and i am really happy i decided to go with them. They also provide warantee which helps me sleep at night :)

Expo Lock and the locksmith Steve RIPPED ME OFF for a house lockout.  I have been trying to get them to explain the $300 bill since moments after the lockout and for the last 3 weeks and no one will call me back.  I called for a house lockout and Steve was there 45 minutes later.  He put two pieces of plastic in my door, slid the plastic to release the lock, which took 8 minutes using a $15 tool from Home Depot, then charged me $300.  I had this same service done last year for $75.  I was shocked, but really late for work, so I paid, figuring I'd handle it with the main office.  I called 2 minutes later to get them to explain pricing and they told me that Steve should have gone over the price before he did the work.  He did not, because there was no way I would agree to that price!  They said the most complicated lockout would not cost more than $200.  Mine was not complicated, it took 8 minutes.  They also said that the charge was the prerogative of the locksmith.  When I received my "itemized" bill the next week it said $29.99 for the house call, then $267 for labor, which is a RATE OF $33 PER MINUTE OR $2002 PER HOUR!  I called 3 local competitors who said that the job would cost $75-$100, with the most complicated being $150, so I was correct in assuming what a fair price range for the work would be.  I have called four times in the last few weeks, and have not received a call back.  I have texted with the locksmith, who basically told me he can charge me what he wants.  So beware, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND THERE IS NO RECOURSE.

Really outstanding service. I got locked out of my car a few hours ago, and I called expo locksmith. They were very professional, very accommodating I couldn’t find my location and the dispatcher was very patient with me and helped me find my location. Most importantly the pricing was great! I called a few companies and they all said outrageous prices. Expo seemed the most honest and the most reasonably priced. Overall I am very satisfied with there service and I recommend it to anyone that’s in this situation.

Very poor service. The person they send out to do the job unprofessional; he doesn't seem to care about reputations of the business who represents for . No to take off shoes, no offer of choices, and no good communication and approaches.
