DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH! I thought their original price, $160 for a replacement key fob for my car, was a fair price. Had a little trouble getting a time set up with the technician, which should have been a warning sign, but they came and made me a new one on a Wednesday. By Sunday it wasn’t working. I called back and they told me my technician wasn’t working today and that only my technician can help me. Seems strange to me, but I want the job done correctly so I’ll wait. Call back first thing Monday morning. They tell me “don’t leave you le house and be available on the phone, we’re having the technician come to you now” so I cancelled class and waited. By 2pm I’m still waiting and haven’t heard anything. I call back and they say the tech was super busy and they’re very sorry. 5pm comes around, still no call. I cal them, they stop answering all together. Tuesday. Call again first thing in the morning. They tell me they’re calling the tech and he will cal me right away to set up an appointment. The entire day goes by- no call from anyone. Wednesday. I call again first thing in the morning asking for a refund. I’m told that since I paid cash they will not give me a refund until they try to fix it again. No problem. If only I can get the tech to come see me! Tech finally calls me at 6pm and tells me that the battery in the new fob probably died and I need to replace it. I explain the fob is 3 days old, how could the battery be dead already? He explains they don’t guarantee the battery and I need to buy myself a new battery. They won’t come and try to fix it or anything. Thursday- I change out battery. Still doesn’t work. Back and forth for hours again before tech calls me. Comes to change key out this time actually. Saturday- key fob stop working AGAIN. Call them. They tell me my tech doesn’t work weekend and he’ll call me Monday. Monday- I call first thing in the morning and get the same run around about not leaving and be available for the tech to come. I tel them I did that last week and he never came and I missed school and work. Lady apologizes. I wait ALL DAY AGAIN. And the tech never shows up. Tuesday and Wednesday. Calling calling calling. No one calls me back once. Thursday, today. Call first thing in the morning. Lady says they will give me a refund and the tech will call me to set up appointment. I call back at 2 wondering where my tech is. She puts me on hold and after 25 minutes I hang up. I’ve called back a few times now and they won’t answer the phone. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, by a mile. So now I’m down $160 with a key that doesn’t work at all and slim hopes of being refunded.

I'm really shocked at all the 5 star reviews. I had a technician show up an hour late to rekey 2 of my mailboxes. He originally quoted me $385 and after I said that was too much he came all the way down to $250. I told him I was just looking for an estimate and that was still more than I expected. He said what was my price.....idk way to put me on the spot....$100 I said, and he ran away. Jeez sry I wasn't expecting such a negotiation nightmare with $200 price difference in a matter of 30 seconds. Be careful here!

This is amazing thanks so much bren on the edge all week and then this but that you to rescue me I wanted to just call from beginning but I guess someone must got my key but I'm back at it
