  I have used them several times in 10 plus years and never disappointed. Today, I was responsible for causing a minor non injury collision and the police officer asked me if I had a preference for a towing truck. I told him I was requesting Excel Towing. They were an hour late? The police dispatcher forgot to make the call to Excel Towing. Tow truck driver knew his business, very courteous and gave me a ride to their yard.

  Towed my jeep in a timely manner for cheap. Guy that did the job was awesome, everything was squared away and safe as can be.

  I called them to come and tow my car after it stopped working. After an hour wait and following up no one showed up and no answer. Worst service ever.
