  Service was poor and rude. UPDATE BELOW The key worked, but the technician only deburred one side of the key. The other side had large chips hanging off. For $45 and 10 minutes, that's not okay. I showed up to their office and was charged $45 for a simple single sided key, and would've been charged $45 for each additional key. The service tech was rude and dismissive about the key being rare, because it was used for 5 decades of vehicles - then immediately grabbed the correct blank. He was confused about the code marking on the key, saying that the H on my factory original is meaningless and that all of his blanks were marked with an H. I'm not sure if it was a show meant to trick me into thinking $45 was okay for something no more complex than a house key or if he was genuinely uninformed and confused about his job. 2 stars because the key works. -3 for terrible service and matching bad price. UPDATE: Upon reading the review, I received a call from them offering to return my money if I deleted my review. And that it would normally have been an additional $30 for a single sided key cut had I not gone to their office. He dismissed anything I mentioned about quickly deburring the key with a cheap tool to ensure smooth keyway entry workout debris. How can I believe this is your "first negative review" when you call asking for it to be deleted?
