  I could not possibly be more satisfied with the service that ESI has provided me over the years. Any security issue I've ever had with my business they are quick to arrive, evaluate and repair/resolve any issues. Their staff are both knowledgeable and respectful. I have dealt with them for years but my most recent interaction really set me on posting this review. These people mean business. 6 Stars.

  Sam came to our estate sale. He saw we had a gun safe handle that wasn’t working. He had his tools and fixed it then and there. We had called a different locksmith who never called back. We taped ESI business cards to the safes being sold. Everyone needs a locksmith they can rely on. Today I brought in a box requiring a long lost skeleton key. They are working with it now. We’re all curious to see what’s inside.

  Leo and his team have always taken great care of us. We have 13 stores across Pierce County and they have been wonderful to work with. Will to assist at all hours of the day or night. Always a friendly face and huge smile that you can see even over the phone. I would definitely recommend ESI Security to anyone that is looking for a great company to work with.
