  Having to face entering a residence that a family member had passed in was daunting enough. So very thankful that Ernie was there with me. He entered first while I was hit with emotion. He stayed calm and helped steer me in. Maybe all locksmiths do their job this way. What I know is that he made this tough moment easier. The keys turn. The locks fit well. He was quick to arrive.
