We waited only 5-10 minutes and he was able to get in super quick. Great price (cheapest I have ever paid) and great prices for key copies :)

It took 30 minutes, but easily was able to unlock my car. The guy who unlocked was very nice and professionally done.

I had an appointment, and they never showed up. I waited for 30 minutes and I called someone else, and the second locksmith was there in 5 minutes, and they were 40% less expensive.

AMAZING! I called because my son locked himself in his room and they arrived within 10 minutes and had the door unlocked in 5. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

I locked my keys in my car at my apartment and called them to get it unlocked. They told me it would be $40 and that they were sending someone my way when I got off the phone at about 6:20am. luckily my boyfriend was still home so he let me into the apartment, where I waited over 2 hours and never heard back. I tried calling but no one answered so I left a voicemail. 20minutes later I decided to just call someone else which ended up being in Pullman, who are now on their way and it's going to cost me $85. I called back to cancel at Ells and they finally answered and told me they were 5min away and would do it for no charge. But since I already had the other guy on their way, I still decided to cancel.

I'm pretty upset that I'm now paying over double what I would have and I've had to wait close to 3 hours. They should have told me it was going to be a while to begin with as I would have been fine waiting if I had just known.

We were dropping my daughter off at WSU and got locked out of her car trunk. The gentleman that came was so helpful in getting us back into her car!!! He fixed her trunk latch and everything! Thank you so much!

Waited for 2.5 hours when they quoted a time of 1 hour for a vehicle lockout. My daughter was sitting in an empty parking lot at night and after calling them to figure out what was going on, the dispatcher said he didn't even know where the driver was. The wait was not the issue-- had they told us it would be 2.5 hours, we would have arranged for a friend to pick her up until they could get there. However, they left my daughter in a somewhat dangerous situation because of their inefficiency and poor management.

I didn’t have enough for a tip (not sure if you do that) but they were easy to work with and very fast. These guys were awesome and I appreciate what they did for me!

The young man who showed up to help was very kind and professional. He picked the lock quick for a fair price. However he did show up 1 hour after I called.

Drew was polite and patient with me. He replaced my electronic car key as quickly as possible during one of the busiest weeks of the year! I truly appreciated his service, quality, speed, and professionalism.
