    No one answered and the voice mailbox was full. Not a great way to run a business that caters to those in need during an emergency. You can't even leave a message asking for help in an emergency let alone get anyone to answer the phone.

    Bill is such a kind man and really saved my husband and I today. We just got home from out of town and our house key broke in our deadbolt. Bill was out here in a flash and was ridiculously kind, efficient and professional. He really saved the day, thank you so much!
