  Called Mitchell on a Sunday evening after being locked out of our house and he picked up right away and was at our house in less than 20 minutes! He’s super friendly, professional, affordable and competent. We couldn’t have been more grateful for his service and would highly recommend El Dorado Lock & Security to anyone!

  Eldorado lock and security was great, I lost my keys and mitch drove an hour away to make me a key and he was done within minutes it was also at a good price. He also was so generous that he offered to mail me 2 spare keys when he got them in and did this free of charge.... I would totally recommend him to anyone in need I rate them 10/10

  Keys locked in car while visiting Apple Hill from Sacramento. My insurance company’s roadside “assistance” failed to locate a service provider, and failed to even call me back to tell me, so I Googled mobile locksmiths in Placerville and called El Dorado Lock. They answered my call immediately and arrived within the 20 minute estimate they gave me. They were very nice, knowledgeable about my car, and gave me a heads up on the phone that it’s possible they wouldn’t be able to retrieve my car key from the trunk. They were patient and professional and ultimately were able to open my car without damage. They emailed me a receipt right away and said I could call them if my insurance company needs additional information for reimbursement.
