  Just unbelievable. I paid over the phone for a backup car key. It had to be ordered. It finally came in I made an appointment to come in at 9:15 he said he was having trouble and can he finish the other people first. I left to get lunch, came back and he was then barely starting on my car at 11:15. Still had trouble, said he had to order a new one. Waited weeks again, never got a call. So I called, and he had it. He said he could try to come out to my work and do it, try to see if he could fit me in. When he came out, he just complained several times about how much trouble it was and how he's never doing my kind of car again. Just altogether a bad experience. I understand things happen but, after waiting for three hours the first time you would think you would want to make it somewhat of a priority and not be rude.

  Thank you so much for your great service . Ed and Tom came to our house and re-keyed 6 locks for us. They were on time and did a great job. The locks they re-keyed worked better now than when they were new. Thank you so much. We will definitely call again for all our locksmith needs.

  Called to see about getting a key fob for my VW and he just kept telling me to take it to the dealership. I even asked him if I could have it towed to him and he kept acting like he didn't want to take my business. No one else I've called will do VW so he is leaving me screwed.

  We tried to help this disgruntled person but we could not get to his vehicle in the time frame he wanted. We gave him other options which he did not like! We are Family owned and operated and have been in business 48 years. We try to help everyone to the best of our ability! EHLS Inc. Mgmt.
