  I’ve been a customer for years for little things here and there, and they’ve always been amazing. Well today in a panic to hook up a new hitch ball to my truck, I realized the hitch lock was either stuck or I had the wrong key. Brought the truck here to have the lock picked and TJ manipulates it a bit, oils it up a bit, and gets the lock off. It didn’t take long, but it was still a lifesaver I was willing pay the standard rate for an hour’s worth of work. He refused payment because it took him only a couple of minutes, and then he refused a cash tip. Talk about customer service!! Love these people :)

  Ronnie was prompt, cordial, extremely pleasant and very efficient. A real pleasure to have in our hime. Could not recommend any higher.
