  Larry and his staff at East Cooper Lock and Safe are not only friendly and courteous, but always there when you need them. They have come to mine and my families rescue more than once. And always at such a reasonable rate! So reasonable, I try to pay more, but he never will let me! Highly highly recommend!!!

  Poor service, poor responsiveness, not professional. Over 3 weeks have passed since they visited and looked at our lock repair/replacement needs and they haven't returned. Calls to their office over a week ago resulted in nobody responding or updating after being told they would call back. Today they say we need to email a quote for approval and cannot provide ETA for service. Do business elsewhere, this company doesn't understand customer service and just doesn't care.
