  Almost impossible to get this guy to commit to a time and day for service and have him stick to it. His recent reason for cancelling is legit, but if I wasn't proactive I would have taken time off work, driven 30 miles just to realize he wasn't there.

  I stopped by the store yesterday to get a new key for my Jeep. Russ was such a kind and helpful guy! He stopped what he was doing, and took his time helping me with a new key. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I highly suggest going to him with any key and lock help and or questions. His patients and willing to help with what’s going on right now is so great. Thanks again, Russ!!! Definitely a 5/5!!!

  I had locked myself out of my truck. Russ was super responsive and found time to help me right away. I will only use Eagle Lock and Key from now on. Thanks Russ!!!!
