  Supervisor (she didn't want to give me her name 5'4 short hair with glasses) has favoritism in customer service there was a line and she decided to get "Mr. MORENO" which was the customer behind me and charged him vs me... then she helped Mr. JORGE which was behind in line too... very unacceptable... that's why they get a 1 star she should treat everyone equally not only the people who are buying more than you

  Purchased a chain for MS170 but the product inside the box was not the correct chain even though the manager handed me the chain that I had requested. Ripoff.
