Very professional and experienced. I had locked my keys in my car the night before. I called him shortly after he opened for the day. I lived outside his listed serviced areas. However an hour later he was at my house helping me get into my car! What took me 2 hours and ended in failure, he accomplished in 30 seconds. I will definitely be recommending his services!

Really great service. Lock my keys in my truck, called this place and took 10 minutes to get here. Did the job in less than 5 minutes. The man was very kind. Would definitely recommend!

This company sent out an individual that didn't have the tools to complete the job, so he used mine.  His price was $180+ dollars when the next closest price was $71 for the same work. He charged $40 per hour and had to drive back and forth from his house several times, one time was because he forgot our keys.  His "service call" price is near three times his competition.  This is not how you get repeat business.  I learned my lesson, they say a wise man learns from the mistakes of others.....learn from me.

Very fast and reliable service, second time now ive locked myself out of my car and needed this service. Both times the person showed up in a timely manner and had me in my car in no time. Awesome business very friendly.

Very disappointed in this locksmith. We called and my husband explained that we had a deck door that would not unlock. My husband was told he would be called back by 2:00 the next day to get address so Downs Locksmith and Security could come and help us with this problem. No one ever called back to get the address. My husband tried to give the address and phone number when he initially called.  If you did not want the business, we should have been told on the phone instead of leaving us hanging. Not a good way to run a business.

Sorry I missed your business. I apologize for that. Sometimes I get very busy and things slip through the cracks! I would be willing to come do the job at no cost if you have not got it taken care of yet.

I just locked my keys in the SUV at the laundromat on Grapevine Rd. I asked if they had a military or veterans discount.They showed up under 5 minutes and opened my door for me on the house. Not all heroes wear capes or camo. Thank you!!!
