These guys are the best! Incredible service from start to finish. Rob was like an angel fallen from the sky when he stopped to help us. Doug was so professional, helpful and friendly. The whole experience was pleasant and turned a bad situation with our car breaking down, into a much more stress free situation. They towed our car from Fredericksburg to Austin the very next morning. We can’t thank you guys enough!!

Douglas Towing saved me! Douglas came quickly, provided insight about what was wrong with my car (he even talked on the phone with my dad to explain what had happened), and dropped me off on Main Street so I wouldn’t have to sit at the dealership to wait for my friend to pick me up. He was so kind and helpful!

Douglass Towing helped my friend and I, plus my dog make it back home after being stranded on the side of the road. Douglass, the owner, took my call at such an early hour in the morning on his day off to help me out and made a stressful situation less stressful. Great service, highly recommend!

Regardless , money was taken !!! Period!! Now he’s txting me telling me that the owner was drunk  . He was not!!  Douglas towing stoled $120 from my boyfriends vehicle !! He took advantage of the cituation .

This vehicle was from a drunk driving arrest that hit a parked car and was on a pole. And totaled both vehicles due to driving so fast.. This is the girlfriend of the driver not the owner. The owner of the truck came and cleaned the vehicle out and received all items. The owner of the truck was upset because he lent out a vehicle to a friend that was drunk driving and now has no truck.  No money was taken all items were released to owner. Matra Gutierrez is not the owner of the truck or was at the crash but lives in Austin. This is the charges of the driver  #1 OBSTRUCTION OR RETALIATION
