Really friendly service. I got a car key copied for my mom's car, and it took only a few minutes to receive my copy. They do suggest that if you're having a car key made to have the vehicle with you, so you can check that the key works. We didn't have the car, but there were no issues, and it was so affordable that it was worth the risk. It was as convenient as could be.

My car was stolen as I am a young stupid person who left all my extra keys and all my identification in there as well. The car was located but without any key any they were able to make me a new set of keys. Super nice people, very helpful and more than $1,000 cheaper than a Toyota dealership would have done it for. Thank you so much.

I called and was quoted an absurd price of 200 dollars for a key extraction. Excuse I got was "we have multiple locations and vehicles." So what. Especially when I was just quoted 75 by your competitors. What a rip off.

You were rude and insulting to staff.  You cursed at my office manager.  If our "competitor" was only $75, then why did you call back 30 minutes later and ask if we would match that price?  I would assume that if the person who supposedly quoted you $75 was available, you would have used them and let it go at that.  We give excellent service, which is NOT inexpensive.  Read the rest of our reviews to see how people who've actually used us feel.  The person who supposedly quoted you the lower fee was not a competitor, unless they have a storefront and a tech available when you need one, not a week later.  Good luck!

Fast service. Very organized. Attention to detail notice lock was shining and oil cylinders and operates smoothly now.

After locking myself out of my work truck I decided I needed another set of keys. I went to Doug's lock and key, they said they could make another set and it was very affordable. The keys work great, they were very friendly, and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. I left spending less money than I thought I would, which doesn't happen much these days lol.

Replaced broken ignition key and fob, even though had crazy glue on chip!  Great staff!

Service was very prompt & completed my job very quickly.  Man that came was very good at opening lock!!!!  Lesson learned, opening locked door is very expensive!!!

They scammed a friend's elderly mother. She went to pay and they doubled the said price. Company didn't put the quote on paper and used that to their advantage. Please steer clear of this buissness much appreciated. I hope you don't lose your money to them.

We offered to undo the repair and give her a full refund. She declined.

Needed 2 locks re-keyed before we installed them to our house. It was quick, the guys were wonderful, knowledgeable, and just plain nice!! We were not surprised by the price cuz we called and were charged what we were told. Thanks guys!
